experience great crises. War and terrorism will expand to a
frightful degree. It has been estimated, currently, there are
about 28,000 nuclear warheads in the world. Most of these are in
the USA and Russia, however Britain, France,
India, Pakistan and China have Nukes. A news article recently
stated that Israel has 41 nuclear
warheads. It would seem illogical for some dictator, militant
factor or government in the Mid east to threaten or push Israel
into a defensive corner where Israel might feel survival depends on
a nuclear strike.

Recent
intelligence reports suggest that al Qaeda terrorist network may have or
will soon have nuclear capabilities for use in attacking population
centers. Other intelligence sources indicate the 1 Kiloton (equal
to an explosive force equivalent to that of 1000 tons of TNT) nuclear
suitcase bombs developed by Russia are not all accounted for. Are some in
the hands of terrorists? Can we
escape the burgeoning risk of terrorism assault with these weapons? One of
our greatest dangers is the potential of weapons of mass destruction
including: anthrax, smallpox, botulism and others falling into the hands
of terrorists. Some authorities believe this is happening. Will the
USA and other Christian nations now suffer a surge of homicide-bombers
such as the nation Israel is experiencing? How can we protect ourselves?
How much time does our world have?
A report in the Chicago Sun times
newspaper (USA) dated 7/14/07 says:
• • The United States will face ''a persistent
and evolving terrorist threat'' within its borders over the next
three years.
• • Al-Qaida is probably still pursuing chemical,
biological or nuclear weapons and would use them if it developed
sufficient capability.
Israel has also recently purchased and taken
delivery of two, state of the art, hi-tech, diesel-electric
submarines from Germany. Iran has also recently purchased a
diesel-electric sub from Russia. Iran plans to use the sub in the
Persian gulf. The Persian gulf is 615 miles long and rarely
exceeds 300 ft in depth. Incidentally, the normal operating depth
of the sub is around 300 feet. So, it will have room to
maneuver and do OK in
the Gulf.
There are passages in the Bible that can only refer to nuclear
strikes. The following verses are about end times, near or at the
end of this age. Note these two verses in Zechariah 14:12 "This
is the plague with which the LORD will strike all the nations that
have fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh will rot while they are still standing on their
feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues
will rot in their mouths." Zech.14:15 "A similar plague will strike the horses and mules,
the camels and donkeys, and all the animals in those camps." This
is what happens to people and animals when the ground level
fireball and radiation sweep over an area where a nuclear device
or bomb has been detonated.
Several passages are also found in the Book of Revelation in the Bible
that speak of great destruction and loss of 1/3rd of earth's
people. The verses can only mean nukes. The nuclear bursts cause
atmospheric condition with dust and ash in the air that blocks out
the sun for months eliminating growing seasons causing what is
known as nuclear winter. I reveal these verses in
the meetings where I have been asked to teach on Bible
prophecy.

New York Times article entitled, Meeting Daily, U.S. Nerve Center
Prepares for Terrorists by Philip Shenon and
Eric Schmitt. Place: Peterson AFB at the
foot of Cheyenne Mountain security complex.
Gen. Ralph E. Eberhart
of the Air Force, a four-star general who is now the nation's top
[military] officer responsible for domestic security, mulls
over doomsday scenarios for a new wave of attacks by Al Qaeda or
some other terrorist group.
"By air or ship
or truck or suicide bomber," General Eberhart said in a
recent interview, listing the threats that he must be ready to
confront as the head of the military's new Northern Command.
"Medical scenarios: smallpox, you name the disease that we
might be involved in in terms of quarantine."
"What if an
airport is attacked, or a seaport?" he continued. "You
name the infrastructure. It could be a bridge, it could be an oil
refinery, the list goes on and on. We can all envision the
terrible things that might happen."
Jesus, discussed it in Luke 17:26-30, "Just
as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of
the Son of Man. People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in
marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came
and destroyed them all. "It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating
and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from
heaven and destroyed them all. "It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man
[Jesus] is
revealed.
Paul in 2 Timothy 3:1-5 said, "This
know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters,
proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
without natural affection, truce breakers, false accusers,
incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than
lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from
such turn away.
The Bible clearly predicts there will be terrorism and
strikes that will use missiles with nuclear (probably atomic and
Hydrogen) warheads. Let me explain in simple fashion the meaning
of Bible verses -- especially in the Book of Revelation --
resulting in bio-terrorism plagues and nuclear radiation throughout
the world. We are in a very dangerous period of the end of this
age. Further, nations like North Korea. And Iran (several warheads
purchased from Russia) it is quite possible
that evil dictators will attack us with nukes planted in a ship or
other exported containers.
Primary targets are rated as
follows: 1) east coast, 2) states of California and
Washington. I
believe that Al Quaeda's terrorism will also
come to the shores of
the western Hemisphere with a continuous
rash
of suicide bombings, biochemical attacks, nuclear dirty bombs and other
incidents throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico. I
also believe there will be terrorist cells ( home grown terrorism)
that will carry-out the same type of attacks in our countries.
It has been proved
that no one is safe -- not even children.

SIGNS
OF THE TIMES PREDICT AND SHOW THE END OF THIS AGE --
JESUS
WILL RETURN, ARE YOU READY TO MEET HIM?? My
friends, it is amazing how many signs are predicted by the Bible,.
Here is a sign predicted in the
Book of Daniel chapter 12:4, "But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book,
even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased." This
is interesting because around 1900 AD,
people
were still traveling by horse and buggy, airplanes had not, yet been
invented. Now look at the world scene, Thousands of flights by many
airlines are flying to destinations, daily, all over the world ! Every
prediction or sign in Bible prophecy has come to pass in God's timing.
The logical inference is then that the remaining signs of the times
will also happen.
Jesus
spoke about 10 final signs of the end of this age -- it is the age we live in
-- modern times: 2011- 2012.
There will be tremendous wickedness, people will reject God and His Word and
think there will
be no consequences
Bible doctrine that is laced with unscriptural teaching
so that hundreds of millions of people, even true believers, will be taken in.
There will be a great falling away from what one has
believed about God and the Bible. Q.
The Bible says the Jews are God's chosen people. We know gentiles
(anyone who is not a Jew) through Christ's death and
resurrection can be spiritually born again by accepting
Jesus as their personal Savior and Lord, which is their guarantee
they will go to heaven when they die. Q. What is God's requirement
now, in 2011 for Jews to be "saved," e.g., having
eternal life and going to heaven when they die? A.
Rick will tell
you what the Bible says about this subject. You will like the
answer. But the Jewish people will have to hear and obey -- many
already have !
These
signs are the answer Jesus Christ gave to his disciples when they
asked Him, "What shall be the sign of your coming and the end of
the age?" Never before have all of these signs been present until
2011, 2012. Matthew 24:33 is fulfilled. ARE
YOU READY? ":What for?"
Jesus said, "Even so, when you see all these
things, you know that it is near, right at the door." What
is at the door? "The
end of this age and the return of Jesus !!"
Jesus
speaks about many Christian churches in the end of the age as being
"Laodicean." LAODICEA (Lay ahd ih kee' uh) A city which bordered an ancient highway
running from Ephesus to Syria, Laodicea was ten miles west of Colossae and six miles south of Hierapolis. Christian communities existed in all three cities.
The Laodiceans were a thriving, wealthy community involved in banking,
textile industry and an excellent medical center in its day. The
Laodiceans were , generally well-off financially; their church
facility was upscale, yet, rather than yielding to the Holy Spirit, they instituted
more and more teaching programs and projects. Many of their
members were more interested in the praise of men than Jesus, the
Lord; they passed up opportunities offered by he Lord to serve Him
full of the Holy Spirit. Does
this characterize you? Are you ready? " what for?" to
explain to Him, when He returns !
Their
worship services became rigid. Soul winning and personal testimony
became almost extinct from their services. When they felt a need for
progress, they added onto the church building, or found some other
project to focus on. Jesus spoke in Revelation and called the
Laodicean church a people that were neither hot nor cold the Laodiceans were claiming a spiritual wealth equal to their material wealth; and further, they were claiming to have acquired both,
largely by their own efforts. In reality, however, the Laodiceans, while they may have had material wealth, were,
according to Jesus, spiritually poor, blind, and naked (Rev. 3:17)-
Jesus
said the Laodiceans claimed to follow Him/God, but denied the power
associated with the early church. Most
members of Laodicean churches in our modern world have no idea
they are Laodicean. They are usually through building their church
buildings and spend their
efforts maintaining their membership. Jesus will sometimes send them a
new testament evangelist or prophet, but they will block and
ignore their impact. Personal testimonies from those attending is
notably missing in the church service. The
Holy Spirit often cannot get a word in edgewise -- so to speak. They
llft up every Bible character, but often fail to lift up Jesus

The Coming Persecution
|
My friends, there has always been persecution of
Christians and Jews, but many other religions, peoples and cultures
have been persecuted as well. I have many friends with different
religious beliefs. There may be strong persecution from sources
who become more dominant such as radical Muslims. However, what I'm
describing in this paragraph has to do with
conservative,
evangelical Christians who choose to live by the Words of the
Bible. Conservative, evangelical, Bible-believing Christians
are usually known as those individuals who have accepted Jesus
Christ into their hearts and lives as their personal Savior and
Lord, have been spiritually born again and through that
supernatural experience the Holy Spirit now dwells within them. These
conservatives are not "nominal" Christians (Christians in
name only) but dedicated spiritually born again believers who seek
to live clean, Holy lives as they follow the Word of God, the Bible,
in serving Jesus Christ. I believe we are entering
the period of particular end time persecution of
Christians spoken of in the Bible. These conservative believers are
normally, against violence, pornography, adultery, homosexuality,
drug addiction, (including alcohol and tobacco use) use of profanity
and and although not bound by the Old Testament law, they observe
the 10 commandments and follow the biblical commands of Christ
Jesus. This persecution of
the church, made up of true believers, will be brought about by an
increasingly, Godless society who cannot stand
righteousness and wishes to be rid of the
conservatives. The persecutors will be, in my opinion, the masses of
nominal Christians who have head knowledge type of belief
rather than heart knowledge. Included in this persecuting mass, will
also be the unbelieving masses who prefer to go their own way and
want no part of God or Jesus Christ.
The preaching and teaching of
God's Word, the witness of the church, in my
opinion, as well as the USA and Britain's protection and support of the Jews and
the nation of Israel angers the dark side. Part of the Islamic
and developing world's hate of the US is due to our mistakes in
foreign policy, our basic wealth and
development, our democracy and human rights; however, much of the
the rest of their hate is an internalized resentment because we
protect Israel. By the way, God has spoken in the Bible saying that
those who protect Israel will, themselves, be blessed. Genesis
12:2-3
God instructs Christian believers to be
patient and kind showing love even to those who oppose Christianity.
In my opinion, we need to involve our social conscience and do what we
can to help relieve the suffering of people of all races, faiths and
life-circumstances anywhere in the world. As I have stated, we must
minister to the whole person. Telling hurting
people about Christ can be accompanied by helping to relieve their
starvation, water, medical and other problems and needs.
One way we can lead many people to Christ is to see to their needs. In my opinion, that
will do much to show the love of Christ and our own love. After all, it's hard for anyone to focus on witness or
ministry message when
they are suffering. Help them and you may be able to share the way of Eternal life through Christ. Love makes a
difference, however, love manifests itself through our actions.
Likewise, if we say we love God, we will show it by obeying his
commands and doing what pleases him. 1 john 3: 21, 22
Further, it is
impossible to defend every possible bus, train, car, bridge,
business, apartment, condominium complex, theater or sporting
event. The injury and fatalities will be horrible, as they have been
in Israel, and other nations of the world. You will never know if you or your loved ones will be killed
before the day is over.
The Bible predicts lukewarm churches, and a great
"falling away" in the end time among Christians throughout the world.
This will occur in even greater measure during the seven year
Tribulation period. It has to do with personal commitment. Many
Christians will not be committed
enough to the Lord Jesus Christ to withstand the fear and
persecution that will spring-up all over. This persecution will be fueled by
godless individuals, groups and organizations who will blame Christians and Jews for the results of
world upheaval and
terrorism that brings much plague, destruction and suffering to the
masses.
The Bible foretells that many will fall away from the professing
Christian church as
levels of intolerance and persecution grow toward Christian
believers, ignorance, evil and prejudice will abound. |
Some day, after Christ
returns for his believers, there will be a
vast number of people remaining -- into the billions -- who will
receive the mark of the beast, the antichrist. As for believers,
today, It's plain and logical, the time to prepare is before
catastrophic world changes and events occur.

The

This

relatives, or on creeds,

We appear to be living in the final days of this age
Numerous archeological and real time world updates -- show

planet earth's populations will drift more and more
toward evil. We are nearing the brink of the end of this
age . We need to prepare ourselves and our youth to raise up a
banner against Satan. Let us pray for Christian revival
throughout our nations. II Chron.7:14 " If my
