Do you
believe in miracles? The human heart will beat for 70 or 80 years or more
without faltering. How does it get sufficient rest between beats? A kidney will
filter out poisons from the blood, and leave the good things alone. How does it
know one from the other? These are a couple of creation miracles, but what about
miracles of healing?
Hello all
of you out there. This is Rick Lawrence, your guest speaker today. I’m happy
to be with you again! Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary discusses miracles. Most
people know what a miracle drug is. The dictionary says that in the medical
field a new drug that causes dramatic healing is usually called a “miracle
drug,” or a “wonder drug.” What about healing miracles? A miracle healing
is the type of healing that comes about when there is Godly or divine
intervention in human affairs. We are talking here not only about small healings
but about healings of totally blind, deaf, epileptic, lame -- physical or mental
dysfunctions in people.
Most
people believe it is all right to pray for someone who is sick. What do you
think? I personally believe God heals thru prayer and thru the medical and
psychological fields. By the way, there is hardly a physician I know who
doesn’t have a story to tell about one or more of their patients who they
believe was healed miraculously. Most of the doctors and mental health
professionals I know have seen miracle healings in their practice. The
fields of: medicine, psychology and spiritual healing do a tremendous amount of
good in the world. 14 L..
In Luke
chapter 8, starting with verse 49, Luke tells about an event when Jesus not
only healed a person, but raised her from the dead. I
quote, “While Jesus was still speaking, someone came from the house of Jairus,
the synagogue ruler. "Your daughter is dead," he said. "Don't
bother the teacher any more." Hearing this, Jesus said to Jairus,
"Don't be afraid; just believe, and she will be healed." When he
arrived at the house of Jairus, he did not let anyone go in with him except
Peter, John and James, and the child's father and mother. Meanwhile, all the
people were wailing and mourning for her. "Stop wailing," Jesus said.
"She is not dead but asleep." They laughed at him, knowing that she
was dead. But he took her by the
hand and said, "My child, get up!" Her spirit returned, and at once
she stood up. Then Jesus told them to give her something to eat.” Unquote.

Do understand that it is Jesus who heals by His Holy Spirit.
Many of you who hear this message today are in desperate need of a
miracle healing. Perhaps the medical fields can’t help you; some of you have
been advised that your condition is terminal and you haven’t long to live.
Others have a condition you can’t seem to be helped with. Then there
those who are hung up with addictions to drugs including alcohol, meth, hard
drugs and many of you can’t kick a tobacco addiction. I’m so sorry for you.
I know what it’s like to need deliverance for sickness and other bondages.
Possibly some of you have a close relative or friend who is sick and
hurting. Here is what I want you to
know. When Jesus was talking with the twelve disciples in the Book of Luke,
chapter 18, He told them, "What is impossible with men is possible with
God." And in Luke chapter 1, verse 37 angel told Mary, “For
nothing is impossible with God." Unquote.
My hurting friends, be encouraged in your faith – God says nothing is
impossible for Him to bring about. Many
of you have "unbearable, unspeakable grief." It may happen, while I am
preaching or teaching the word of God from the Bible – telling the wonderful
truths about Jesus Christ, people in the audience who are listening are healed
right where they sit or stand. Through
faith, Jesus, the Lord is compassionate and merciful, and wants to help hurting
people throughout the world. Jesus
commands certain persons to be healed and the Holy Spirit moves upon those
people with the greatest power in the universe. He heals them by Jesus
Christ’s command. Nothing is too hard for the Lord. 54L
The Bible
says in the book of John chapter 3, verse 16, quote "For God so loved the
world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not
perish but have eternal life.” Unquote. In the Bible, the book of Hebrews
chapter 13, verse 8 says, and I quote “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today
and forever.” In-other-words, Jesus is still healing people today as He has
done for 2000 years. 32L..
The Holy Spirit’s greatest desire is that Jesus receives glory and honor through these healings. No one but Jesus and God the Father are ever to receive the glory and honor and praise as a result of their setting people free of sickness, pain, crippling problems whether they be mental or physical. Some of you may have been healed as you listen to this message about Jesus, the wonderful Savior and healer. Even so, I will pray with all who desire to connect with Jesus and His miracle, saving power.
The first greatest miracle that you can undergo is to receive Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord of your life. “If you were standing before Jesus and he asked you ‘why should I let you into my kingdom?’ what would you say? “The Bible says that we have all done wrong.” “The Bible says the payment for doing wrong is Hell.” (Rom.6:23) But we get to go to heaven if we just ask.” “Is there any reason why you would want to spend eternity in hell?” I’m sure practically all of you are saying no! GREAT! Let me help you pray right where you are, Speak or whisper the words as we pray. “Mean these words with your whole heart.”
“Dear Heavenly Father, please forgive me for all of the things I have done wrong. I acknowledge the fact that I am a sinner I ask for your forgiveness. . I repent, changing my heart and mind, I turn away from my sins. I open the door of my heart to you now, Jesus and I place my faith in you because you died for my sin and made a way for me to have eternal life.” I ask you Jesus to come into my heart as my personal Savior and become the Lord of my life. I ask you to take over the 'steering wheel' of my life. Help me to live for you. Thank you Lord for this miracle that causes me to be spiritually born again. Help me to live this new life, to obey your commands and do what pleases you. Amen

by the authority of the name of Jesus Christ, I speak to the many who
need deliverance
from addictions or other problems: spirit, mind or body and I say to them,
"Jesus sets you free" Believe, receive and serve Him with all of your
heart. and mind. Thank you
